Teacher Sign In
Sign in with your Google account to sync attendance data across all your devices
Getting Started:
- Select a class from the dropdown or click **Add New Class** to create one.
- Once a class is selected, you can add students and take attendance.
Please select or create a class to get started.
Data Management:
Importing Students:
- Click **Download Template** to get the correct Excel/CSV format.
- Fill the template with your student data (Sr No., Name, Admission No.).
- Click **Choose File** to select your file, then click **Import** to add students.
- Click **Add Student** to manually add a single student.
Add Attendance Date:
Taking Attendance:
- To add a new attendance date, select a date and click **Add This Date** or **Add Today**.
- Click a cell in the table to **toggle attendance**: `(blank) -> Present (P) -> Absent (A)`.
- Click a **date header** (e.g., "31.08.2025") to view attendance for that single date.

Other Actions:
- **Export to Excel/CSV**: Downloads a full attendance report for the current class.
- **Backup All Data**: Downloads a JSON file of your students and attendance for safekeeping.
- **Print View**: Prepares the current table view for printing.
- **Show Analysis**: Generates detailed attendance reports and statistics.
- **Reset Class Data**: **Warning:** This action will permanently delete all students and attendance data for the current class.
