Tukey HSD Calculator - 3-Way Selection

What it does: Performs Tukey's HSD post-hoc test with three independent selections: Grouping (splits data), Factor (categories to compare), and Parameter (numeric outcome).

Who it's for: Researchers analyzing how a Factor variable affects outcomes within different Groups.

Choose three types of variables from your dataset:

📍 1. Grouping Variable (splits the data - optional)

Select a column to split your data into separate analyses (e.g., Gender, Region, Class). Choose None for overall analysis.

🔬 2. Factor Variable (categories to compare)

Select the categorical variable whose groups you want to compare (e.g., Treatment, Fertilizer, Education Level).

Select one or more numeric columns to analyze (e.g., Score, Yield, Height). Click to select/deselect.

Significance Level (α): 0.01 (1%) 0.05 (5%) 0.10 (10%)

How It Works

📖 Three Selections Explained:

• 📍 Grouping Variable: Splits your data into subsets (e.g., Male vs Female). Each subset is analyzed separately. Select None for overall analysis.
• 🔬 Factor Variable: The categorical variable whose groups you're comparing (e.g., Treatment A vs Treatment B vs Control).
• 📊 Parameter Variable: The numeric outcome being measured (e.g., Score, Yield, Height). You can select multiple!

⚠️ Important: Tukey HSD is most useful for 3 or more groups. With only 2 groups, results are equivalent to a t-test.
