This assessment measures your interpersonal needs across three dimensions: Inclusion, Control, and Affection.
For each statement, select the response that best describes your typical behavior or preference.
There are no right or wrong answers. Be honest about your typical preferences and behaviors.

Inclusion measures your need for belonging, interaction, and social connection.
Control measures your need for influence, leadership, and decision-making.
Affection measures your need for closeness, emotional connection, and personal relationships.
For each dimension, Expressed indicates how much you initiate these behaviors, while Wanted indicates how much you prefer others to initiate them toward you.
