Choose any ONE of the self-assessment tools below. Complete the scale, download the PDF report, and write a justification paragraph.
📌 Assignment Instructions
- Select any one self-assessment scale.
- Enter your Full Name in the scale (required).
- Answer all items honestly.
- After results appear, click Download PDF.
- Print or save the PDF.
- Write a justification paragraph explaining:
- Does the result match your real behaviour?
- If yes — give one example.
- If not — explain why it may not fit.
- Submit the PDF + handwritten/typed justification.
Find out if your learning preference is Visual, Auditory, Read/Write or Kinesthetic.
Find your 4-letter Jung-based personality type (e.g., INTJ, ESFP, INFP).
Identify your natural leadership approach (Democratic, Visionary, Autocratic etc.).
Based on McClelland’s theory of Achievement, Affiliation, and Power.
Find your dominant conflict-handling style: Competing, Avoiding, Accommodating, Compromising, Collaborating.
